Our Done Right Event Décor Package includes a comprehensive on-site décor consultation held directly at your event venue. This consultation allows our designers to walk the space with you and thoroughly plan every décor detail to ensure your vision is executed seamlessly. The meeting typically lasts 1–2 hours, depending on the complexity and design needs of your event.                                                        

Starting Pricing:  $4,500

Please note: This pricing does not include applicable taxes or payment processing fees.  

During this on-site consultation, we will:

• Discuss your event theme and color scheme
• Review guest count and floor plan layout
• Walk the venue from top to bottom to assess all décor areas
• Go over detailed event décor elements and placement
• Discuss chairs, tables, and any rental items needed that are not provided by the venue
• Review setup logistics, including setup time and the number of team members required
• Discuss the venue’s rules, do’s, and don’ts, including any décor restrictions
• Review breakdown/tear-down details
• Go over full event-day logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience

This consultation ensures that every design element is thoughtfully planned while staying within venue guidelines and logistical requirements.
