Décor & Design Consulting Fee
$185 (Non-Refundable)
Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes | In-Person Consultation
This mandatory consultation ensures a seamless, well-orchestrated décor experience and allows our team to design with accuracy and intention.
During your on-site consultation, we will:
- Conduct a comprehensive venue walkthrough to evaluate layout and décor flow
- Discuss your wedding theme, color palette, and overall aesthetic
- Review guest count and floor plan logistics
- Assess all décor areas throughout the venue
- Review inspiration images and refine your design vision
- Discuss detailed décor elements and placement strategy
- Review chairs, tables, and any rental items not provided by the venue
- Outline setup logistics, including timeframe and staffing requirements
- Review venue rules, restrictions, and décor guidelines
- Discuss breakdown and tear-down logistics
- Review full event-day décor operations to ensure a flawless experience
A customized décor proposal will be prepared following this consultation.
